MFFL Commitment To Safety
Welcome to MFFL 7on7 Military Flag Football League
Our tournaments are offered to any eligible Male or Female military individual
over the age of 18. At MFFL we are committed to adhering to the rules of competition
while providing all participants a safe and enjoyable sporting experience.
Medical Release
Between starting and ending of the event, as deemed necessary, I authorize Sports Ink, llc (dba) Military Flag Football League also known as MFFL to select the hospital or dentist for hospitalization, to secure proper medical attention and / or treatment.
Liability Release
By listing myself on the Team Roster, I agree to assume and accept all risks and hazards inherent in the activities. I also agree not to hold Sports Ink, llc (dba) Military Flag Football League also know as MFFL; its partners, sponsors, employees or volunteer assistants liable for damages, losses, or injuries to the rostered person or property listed.
Injured Player
Any injured player who remains in a game despite being injured assumes all liability for any additional injury or damage that may occur.
Individual Insurance
The MFFL does not provide insurance coverage for players, coaches, spectators, passerby or employees. You are advised to acquire coverage with your personal carrier.
