REFUND POLICIES

Refund Policy - TOURNAMENTS

A team that officially request to withdraw from an event 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $20 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a team who is on the wait list at the time of the withdrawal request. 

If the teams spot is not filled, the Tournament Director (TD) has the choice to provide up to a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Refund Policy - UNIFORMS

At SPORTS INK APPAREL, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes errors can occur. If your parcel arrives with any of the following conditions, we kindly offer a free order replacement (without modification) and/or a full refund within 2 business days:

  • Printed products are not clear, they are blurry

  • Item Received is Defective / damaged

  • Incorrect or mismatched size.

  • Lost / missing items.

  • Item received is different from the mock-up

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 10 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for the issues:

  • Request for a refund/replacement is after 10 days of product delivery.

  • Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.

  • Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

  • Items that have been washed, soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
